Kwik Sew says this pattern is designed for medium stretch knits (25% stretch), but it can be used with low stretch knit fabrics and with high stretch knit fabrics.
If you are using a high stretch knit fabric, you simply take the garment in on the side seams if it is a bit big. With a low stretch knit fabric, you simply cut out the garment a size bigger, and try it on to check the fit before you finish it.
The vest can be made out of Fuzzbuster Fleece, Velour Polar Fleece or Knitwit Ponti. The pants can be made out of Knitwit Monaco Double Knit or Knitwit Ponti, and the top can be made out of a wide range of fabrics including the printed polyester spandex knits and printed viscose spandex knits.
Kwik Sew patterns have always been very easy to use, as Kwik Sew patterns have a diagram at every step.
