Kwik Sew Pattern 3693 – Misses’ Open-Front Cardigans
This Kwik Sew pattern is ideal for knit fabrics. It is one of our classic favourites that we use at Knitwit over and over again.
These cardigans have wide hems at outer edges and full length sleeves. View A has angled fronts and front extends not the collar. View B has hood and patch pockets.
Kwik Sew says this pattern is designed for low stretch knits. You can also use the pattern with medium and even high stretch knits – all it means is that you may need to try on the garment before hemming, and run it in if it is a bit loose. We do this all the time – this sort of flexibility is one of the attractions of sewing with knit fabrics.
Kwik Sew patterns have always been very easy to use, as Kwik Sew patterns have a diagram at every step.
