Or you could use Kwik Sew 3531 as I have done in this jacket.
I have reversed the fabric so that the stripes run down for the front and back. This works fine as the fabric is stable enough to carry it off. The pattern cover shows the jacket closed but I have made this pattern often, and I usually wear it open. The angled front is flattering as it reduces the amount of fabric over the hips.
Medium stretch, by which we mean 25% stretch. If your pattern is sized for a low stretch (less then 25%) fabric, you can still use it, but you may need to take the garment in on the side seams after you have tried it on.
Two way stretch, by which we mean the fabric stretches in one direction only, from selvedge to selvedge.
