New Look Pattern 6721 – Misses’ Skirts – Bias asymmetrical skirts with handkerchief hem start below knee, end at mid calf and can be made in one or contrast fabrics. Shorter view has straight hem and falls above the knee. Tie belt can be self or contrast.
