This Italian Linen Jersey Knit is available in 3 plains, ivory, off white and mint, as well as in 5 different stripes.
Medium stretch, by which we mean 25% stretch. If your pattern is sized for a low stretch (less then 25%) fabric, you can still use it, but you may need run the garment in.
Two way stretch, by which we mean the fabric stretches in one direction only, from selvedge to selvedge.
If you need to, brush up on sewing with jersey knit fabrics.
Pre-wash any fabric containing cotton, linen, wool or viscose before cutting out.
Blunt needle warning – please remember to start every garment with a new stretch needle – 75/11 for fine fabrics such as this one, and 90/14 for other fabrics.
